Nessus

Nessus by Tenable is a very useful tool to automate vulnerability scanning. It is nice to always have some type of automated scan running in the background while we manually enumerate the target.

Download Nessus

We can download the Debian installer from this link.

After installing we can start the sessusd service and navigate to https://kali:8834

We will install "Nessus Essentials"

After installing be patient, it may take some time to install all components.
